Press Release: Candidate Nomination Meeting for County Commissioner and Judge Positions

The McLennan County Republican Party will nominate a candidate for County Commissioner, Pct 2 and for Judge, County Court at Law #3 for the November general election ballot. The County Executive Committee and the appropriate Precinct Executive Committee will meet on July 23rd starting at 6pm at the party headquarters.

All interested and qualified residents who wish to be considered for those places on the ballot should immediately contact the McLennan County Republican Headquarters and submit their necessary information at 539 N. Valley Mills Drive, Waco, TX 76710 (254-772-6955).

County Commissioner, Pct 2: All applicants must be eligible under Section 141.0001 of the Texas Election Code.

County Court at Law #3: All applicants must be eligible under Section 141 of the Texas Election Code and Section 25 of the Texas Government Code.
